The story

It started with my kids.

I started rolling these in my kitchen for my own family — dates, almonds, a pinch of salt. I wanted something I could hand my kids without thinking twice, and something I'd actually want to eat myself.

When my kids started reaching for them instead of the packaged stuff, I figured other families might feel the same way. So I started making a few extra batches a week for friends. Then friends of friends.

That's really the whole thing. Small batches, real ingredients, made in San Francisco by one person who cares how they turn out.

Why “Aum Bites”?

The name Aum (Om) comes from the sacred sound in ancient Indian (Ayurvedic) traditions — a symbol of harmony, balance, and the essence of life.

At Aum Bites, we try to bring that same sense of balance into every bite. Wholesome, nourishing, and made with intention.

    Place your order by Thursday evening so we know how much to prep for the weekend batch.

    We roll it Friday

    We hand-roll everything fresh on Friday — no freezers, no holding shelf, no long-life anything.

    Delivered in SF over the weekend

    Your order arrives at your door in San Francisco that Saturday or Sunday.
